Value Velocity™™
Where Value Gains Velocity™

Build a business worth more — and easier to sell.

Growth alone doesn’t make a business valuable. We help owners of privately held companies close the value gap, reduce owner dependence, and turn revenue into transferable enterprise value.

The business lifecycle — and the value gap it opens

Two owners can start in the same place. What they do at each stage decides whether they reach a high-value exit or a distressed one.

For most owners, the business is the biggest asset — and the biggest blind spot.

A business can represent 80 to 90 percent of an owner’s total net worth, and more often than not it is the value of that company that has to close the wealth gap at retirement. Yet most owners can’t say what it’s worth today, what’s holding the value back, or whether it could transfer without them. You don’t need to run harder. You need a clear number, a short list of the levers that move it, and a disciplined way to close the gap.

Know your number

A grounded, defensible view of where your enterprise value stands today and the size of the gap between where you are and where you could be.

Grow the value

A prioritized roadmap that strengthens EBITDA, diversifies revenue, and reduces owner dependence, so every improvement compounds into a stronger multiple.

Be ready to transact

A quality-of-earnings readiness process that lets you enter a sale from a position of strength, not surprise.

The Value Vector™

One framework. Three questions that decide your outcome.

Direction

Where are you trying to go, and what will a good outcome actually require of the business and of you?

Drivers

Which specific levers move your value the most, and which risks are quietly discounting it?

Distance

How far is the gap between today’s value and your goal, and what’s the shortest defensible path to close it?

What closing the gap is actually worth

Two levers move enterprise value: the quality of your earnings, and the margin behind them. Improving both compounds — not just adds.

An objective quarterback — not another vendor with something to sell you.

Value Velocity™ works as the coordinating quarterback across your CPA, attorney, wealth manager, and deal team. We don’t sell the transaction and we don’t perform your formal valuation. We keep the plan honest, sequenced, and pointed at your goals. When a formal valuation is needed, we refer you to credentialed valuation professionals so the number stays independent.

Frequently asked questions

Do you perform business valuations?

We provide discovery, assessment, value-gap analysis, and roadmapping using estimated value ranges. Formal, independent valuations are referred to credentialed CVA and ABV professionals to keep that opinion objective.

How is value growth different from just growing revenue?

Growth adds revenue. Value growth makes that revenue durable, financeable, and transferable. A bigger company that still depends on the owner is often harder to sell, not easier.

What size companies do you work with?

Privately held businesses roughly $3M to $150M in revenue.

What industries do you serve?

We’re industry-agnostic. The value drivers that matter most are consistent across industries.

Do you replace my CPA or attorney?

No. We complement them and coordinate the team.

Where are you based?

We serve business owners nationwide. Our team is based in South Jordan, Utah.
